Return Rules and Restrictions

Returning or exchanging a purchase to our online store:

UniqueHomeStore.com offers the easiest return policy on the web. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 30 days from the purchase date for exchange or refund. Items that you return or exchange must be in the condition that you received them and in the original box. UniqueHomeStore.Com does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage that occurs after the shoes are worn. Please be aware that worn shoes are not returnable under any condition and we do not refund shipping charges. Sale priced items can only be exchanged or a store credit will be applied. If a sale item is marked "Final" it is a final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. Bear Feet shoes and sandals are not refundable for a refund. They can be exchanged for a different size only, or a store credit will be applied. If no instructions are enclosed, a store credit will be applied. Special orders are not returnable and are a final sale.

To return an item, simply package it in the same Priority box or similar and ship it back. You will be refunded for the return shipping only. Any additional insurance/delivery confirmation will not be credited. Send a copy of this form with the bottom portion filled out. We are not responsible for lost items. All packages must be pre-paid, we can not accept COD's. All returns and exchanges must be new and unused, and contain all original tags and accessories.

Return shipping is refundable for orders mailed within the United States. Special orders, special shipping costs, shipping costs for orders shipped outside of the United States, gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.

We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Service department at 1-508-394-4464.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.


Returning or exchanging a purchase at our retail store:

If you choose to return your online purchase to one of our retail store, the rules above still apply. You must present the original packing list, ship confirmation e-mail, or your online purchase receipt displayed during checkout within 90 days of purchase. Without a receipt of any kind, you will need a valid photo ID and will be issued a merchandise return card for the most recent selling price of the item. UniqueHomeStore reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.
