Choosing the right childrens' shoe size can be difficult, since sizing varies across all brands. We’ve developed this sizing guide to help you quickly find the right fit for your child.

SET UP: Print out chart. Cut on the dotted line and line up the stars on either side of the chart. Tape the pages together. Then, make sure the chart is accurate by taking a ruler and measuring against the inches guide on the left side; if not, change your print settings accordingly.

HOW TO MEASURE LENGTH: With your child standing up, place her heel at the base of the foot chart and measure to the end of her longest toe. If her toe is between numbers, your child needs a half size. Tip: Always measure both feet, and buy shoes in the larger size.

Use this Printable Sizing Tool to measure your child’s foot. You
will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this document.

Take a look at the Kids’ Size Chart below, which outlines four
basic age groups on the left, with their most commonly worn
sizes to the right. European sizes correspond to the US
sizes on each shared line. Make sure you note your child’s
age group, because there is a big difference between an
Infants Size 1 and a Pre-School Size 1!
